To request a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Contact us for return service within seven days (including weekends and holidays) from the date of receipt of the product. The return must be completed within ten days (including weekends and holidays) from the receipt date, including handing over the product to the logistics company.
  2. The returned product must be in its original, unused condition, without any changes in appearance or functionality, and with complete packaging and accessories to be eligible for return.

The following circumstances are not eligible for a return:

  1. The return request is made more than 7 days (including weekends and holidays) after the receipt of the product.
  2. The product has been used, damaged, or the packaging has been damaged.

To apply for a return, please provide the following information:
• Order number
• Purchaser’s name
• Contact phone number and email address
• Name and quantity of the product purchased
• Payment method used at purchase
• Reason for the return

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated shipping risks.

Refund Process

Once we confirm receipt of the returned product that meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 14 days. The actual date you receive the refund may vary depending on the payment method. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

The refund amount will be limited to the product price, and the shipping fee you paid will not be refunded. If you used a discount code at the time of purchase, the refund amount will be the actual amount paid, and the discount amount will not be refunded.
