Answer: The default password for Beagle shipments is the product serial number (DSN), not “PowerRay” as mentioned in the unboxing video!
The product serial number is located on the back of the device and consists of a series of letters (case-sensitive) and numbers. We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused.

Answer: Use a USB 5V/2A power adapter. Most computer USB ports cannot provide 2A output. Please use a dedicated USB 5V/2A power adapter for power supply.
Answer: This might be due to an insufficient wattage of the USB adapter or issues with the USB cable. Please test with a sufficient wattage USB adapter and the original USB cable provided with the device.

Answer: If you forget your Beagle Web UI password, press the “Reset Password” button to restore it to the factory default password (the product serial number).
Answer: Currently, the total Bitcoin network hash rate is approximately 800EH/s, and some mining pools (e.g., F2Pool, Binance, etc.) reach nearly 100EH/s. If Beagle joins a large mining pool, it may occasionally lose connection or show “abandoning work” in the logs. This occurs because the pool’s hash rate is high, and if Beagle’s answer submission cannot keep up, the pool will terminate the connection after a certain time. Beagle has an automatic reconnection feature to prevent disconnections.
